Managing your Hubspot Integration
So you’ve got your Signable account integrated with Hubspot, what now? Glad you asked, dear reader! Here’s the lowdown on what to look for.
Envelope Management:
- Within Hubspot, navigate to any contact and look for the ‘Manage Signable Envelopes’ card.
From here, any Signable envelopes that feature this contact’s email address will be viewable. Much like within our App, you can search by Envelope Title, Status and even the User that created it!
Crucially, you’ll also be able to click a ‘View in Signable’ link that takes you directly to your envelope’s Status page within Signable itself.
At present, a manually created Hubspot contact needs to exist before Signable envelopes will be displayed within Hubspot. The email for the Hubspot contact will need to be identical to the email that the envelope was sent to via Signable.

Errors:
If you’re viewing a contact and you spy an error that looks something like this:
This means that you’re logged into Hubspot with a different user email to your Signable email - just make sure that your Signable user email matches up!
Removing your Integration:
Removing your Signable integration with Hubspot is remarkably straightforward. It’ll need to be removed on both ends so the first step would be to select ‘Manage’ Hubspot from your Signable integrations tab.
Then, select the ‘Actions’ dropdown from your Hubspot connected apps page and select ‘Uninstall’
You’ll be asked to type the word ‘uninstall’ for verification before providing optional context on the removal reason but that’s the Hubspot side done.
Now, navigate back to the integrations tab within Signable, click ‘Delete’, then confirm.
Quick as a flash, you’re all done!
