Add Documents

Firstly, add your Envelope title. This is the name of the parcel of your documents (we call it an Envelope) that your signers will see, it'll also serve as the identifier for the envelope on Signable itself.


Next, you need to add documents to your Envelope.


To add new documents to your Envelope, simply click the cloud logo or drag and drop the document from your files into the dotted area.


If you have a saved Template on your account and wish to add this to the Envelope , simply click the 'Select Templates' button and add the templates you require.


Once your documents and Templates have been added, you'll see them appear underneath the upload area.


Quick Tip: You can amend the order the documents are presented by either clicking the arrows to the left of the document's title or drag it by clicking and dragging the six dots next to the current document's number!


When you're happy with the documents added and their order, click 'Next'.
